Registration for workshops requires accurate and complete information. Organizations registering participants are responsible for ensuring participant eligibility and commitment to attend scheduled sessions.

All content on this website and in our training materials, including text, graphics, logos, frameworks, methodologies, and documentation, is the property of Polarynthar or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.
We grant workshop participants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use provided materials for personal professional development. This license does not permit:
Workshop fees are due according to the payment schedule provided during registration. Payment methods and terms are specified in program agreements. Late payments may result in registration cancellation.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before a scheduled workshop receive full refund minus administrative fees. Cancellations made 15-30 days before the workshop receive 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 15 days before the workshop are non-refundable. Polarynthar reserves the right to cancel workshops due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, in which case full refunds are provided.
Participants may request to reschedule to a different session subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 15 days before the original workshop date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
